Precision Casting Plant, as an Autotec Member
Factory, is a high-tech foundry enterprise invested
by Autotec Industrial Alliance Co.,Ltd., affiliated
enterprises of the former China Ministry of National
Aviation and China Ministry of National Commerce,
which was registered in November 2000. |

We
can supply you with large quantities of non-ferrous
metal, stainless steel, special alloy and even
high quality precision castings with complicated
structure and complex cavity model or thin wall
big model castings (below 1mm). For small quantity
or extremely complicated parts, we take prototype
technology and output samples in short time. Products
that we supply are widely used in military industry,
aviation, shipping, communication, electron, instruments,
medicine, sports, hardware, and machine field.

Reseach
& Development
In order to supply high quality
castings to our clients, we introduce the leading
international precision castings technology to
ensure dimensional precision of product up to
0.003"/1" (CT3), surface roughness of
casting controlled over 1.6 ¦Ì m,
and to make the castings as free-process products
or less-surplus-process semi-finished products.
The quality standard can reach American Military
Standard A grade and Chinese Aviation Standard
the 1st grade.
