Discatal Wheel Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of light alloy automobile wheel, which was founded in the year of 1988.With advanced equipment and fifteen years experience in the production of aluminium alloy automobile wheel, we can supply our customers with first class products and services.

Most of our production and testing equipment were imported from Europe, Japan and United States. Equipment include: low pressure casting machine, solution and aging heat treatment furnace, CNC machine and machining center, automatic paint line, x-ray machine, fatigue test machine, impact test machine, salt spray test machine and universal test machine.

We passed the ISO 9001 certification in 1995, the QS 9000 quality certification in 1998, and the VDA 6.1 quality certification of Germany in 1999. Our products also passed the SFI (USA), JWL(Japan) and TUV (Germany) certification.

Advanced and modern design technique plays a very important role in the Research & Development of our products. Design and analysis systems we adopt include: unigraphics CAD/CAM system, structure and thermal analysis system, reverse engineering system and rapid prototyping.
