Brief
Jingtian Precision Casting Plant, as an AutoTek Member Factory, is a high-tech foundry enterprise invested by AutoTek Industrial Co.,Ltd., affiliated enterprises of the former China Ministry of National Aviation and China Ministry of National Commerce, which was registered in November 2000 in Beijing,the capital of China. The main precision castings of the plant are materials of non-ferrous metal, stainless steel and special alloy. We specialize in making high quality precision castings with complicated structure and complex cavity model or thin wall big model castings (below 1mm).
Products & Technology
We introduce the leading international precision castings technology and patent to ensure dimensional precision of product up to 0.003"/1" (CT3) ,surface roughness of casting controlled over , and to make the castings as free-process products or less-surplus-process semi-finished products. The quality standard can reach American Military Standard A grade and the Chinese Aviation Standard the 1st grade.
Our technology can meet your strict requirements about material quality and metallography.We can also cast complex structure products meanwhile ensure castings' entirety and consistency,which would greatly improve products' burthen strength performance and mass-intensity ratio£¬also could strengthen products' capability of resisting high temperature and eroding.
